Property & Asset Management Projects
Generally, we are retained by clients to fulfil a need in the short term. When a business does not have the in house capability to deal with a property or portfolio, we use our property, asset and project management expertise to deal effectively with a clients brief. The client may have acquired additional properties and need help with managing them in the short term. There may be a redevelopment situation that requires intensive negotiation or there may be asset management strategies that require implementation.
